Spring, summer, fall, and even winter we work with local growers, gardeners, and friends to create original designs inspired by the season. In an effort to keep a focus on quality and close attention to detail we take a limited number of events per weekend so booking early is encouraged. Begin by filling out our initial consultation form to the best of your knowledge and submitting. We’ll look over your information and will get in touch to schedule a consultation after which we will provide a detailed proposal. A signed contract and deposit of half the balance secure our services for the date.
Most professionals suggest that couples set aside between 8-12% of their total wedding budget to cover floral expenses. Sugar Magnolias requires no minimum budget to serve Charlottesville and the surrounding areas (travel time 1 hour or less). We enjoy working outside the Charlottesville area but require a specified minimum as our services will be booked for the entire work day. On every contract there is a delivery/set-up charge and 5% sales tax. Our service includes delivery, on-site custom set up and breakdown.
